Do you like the toy storage angled shelf with bins?

Are they more trouble for parents? In regard to picking up after their kids. I'm curious who has purchase the toy storage shelf with the bins. It is an open shelf with the different colored bins from ToysRus. I'm just thinking that with them open and always exposed to the kids they won't stay on the shelf or in the bins.

When we visit places that have these bins, and speaking about a 1 and 2 yr. old, and what I have a problem with is that the bins are open and the 1 yr. old can reach them and then spill there out. So, what to know what your experience is. Please no parenting advise. My three older kids sweep, mop and dust the house.

Unless you teach your kids to pick up after themselves (whether by example or force), you will be picking up after them either way until they move out of your house. I love those open bin shelves, though. I think that it helps kids keep their small toys organized and it is alot nicer than throwing everything in one big box, which tends to inspire toy flinging.
