I have a 700 sq ft apartment. Is a 10x10 storage unit enough space? ?

I do have tons of furniture: entertainment center, 2 bookcases, large couch, chaise loung, mattress, bed frame, table & chairs, jewelry chest and then tons of books/clothes, etc.

For those two who have already answered - I listed what furniture I have. Please read the WHOLE question before answering and if you don't know, why waste my time and others? It defeats the purpose of Yahoo answers to say "I don't know".
