need new car anytime within 6 months. want minivan, AWD or 4wd, roofrack, storage+ & a LOW PAYMENT + low downp

I know it's a tall order... but I currently have a standard short wheel base Chrysler Town & Country on a Smart Lease @ $249 a month through June 08. My miles are UNDER the 12k per year so I am not worried. I can either return it or buy it out. The SmartLease just means I get a lower car insurance payment.

ANYWAY, while I love the ROOMY & COMFORTABLE interior I really need a few other things too.

--I would like 6-7 passenger seating
--AWD or FWD for better handling in snowy weather in SE, PA so I can get to work
--roof rack so we can pack more stuff to go camping!!!!
--- possibly longer wheel base so I have another foot + of storage in the trunk.
--possibly STOW AND GO SEATING which only comes in the long base
--probably SMART LEASING SITUATION AGAIN
--$1k-$2 down would be AWESOME
$300 or less in car payments per month (hubby is buying a new truck this month too!

I love the minivan feel inside & like SUV handling.. I WANT GOOD GAS & COMFORTABLE ROOMY SEATING TOO

Ford has the Freestyle, which is a cross between a mini van and an suv. right now ford is offering 0% financing and 2000 cash back. its also seats 7. they don't list on fordvehicles.com any more since it has been replaced by the 2008 taurus x. which the freestyle is a 2007 model.
